I have seen the earthen pot maker how they make those beautiful pots from pure mud but really want to know how you made gems from the nothing; yes i am talking about the students from your institute. Trust me the boys from you institute are really something special of their kind, their attitude towards the work is something which could easily be identified. Most of the boys I have seen from your institute are from rural place in West Bengal so by born they are hard working and the way they moulded for the hospitality industry is appreciable. Not only the trainees but also the few boys I have recruited for my hotel has already created a niche through their hard work. Would love to recruit as many as possible from your institute.
